Collect only what has a purpose
A longer questionnaire is not automatically a better one. Every suggested field should support an identified review step, project requirement, or follow-up action.
Separate evidence from judgment
A certificate, license number, safety statistic, or signed form is an input. GCProof helps organize those inputs but does not turn them into a compliance verdict.
Keep sources and dates visible
Guides should name the responsible authority or primary source when one exists and show when the material was last reviewed. State-specific requirements must be verified with the relevant agency and adviser.
Protect the validation boundary
The free version does not request document uploads or sensitive identifiers. Drafts stay in the browser, and users can export or clear them.
